Leave Members
You
are considered an honorary club member while on maternity
leave. You are entitled to attend club events and receive
member discounts. It is your responsibility to inform the
Club office when you will be starting your maternity leave
and when you expect to return.
If
e-mail notification is not available, it is also your responsibility
to contact the Club office for information on upcoming events.
Please fill out the Employee
Maternity Leave Information Form and send to the Social
Club.
You
also qualify for a free gift for your new baby, if you notify
the club within four weeks of your baby's birth.
